Extend the drying time of your paint without changing its' viscosity. Thick Slow medium works in the same way as Slow medium, keeping thinly applied paint workable and allowing the artist time to create. Even paint which feels touch dry can be re-activated the following day for re-blending techniques. Thick Slow medium will spread and dilute paint without it becoming runny.
