Nova series sketchbooks contain 150gsm (100lb), medium grain finish paper in either grey, beige or black tones. Featuring both internal & external surface sizing, this paper offers exceptional wet strength and withstands multiple erasures making it suitable for all dry media and light washes. Each of these unique sketchbooks hold 46 sheets of a luminescent toned paper that supports a wide range of dry and wet media. 
Stillman & Birn Nova Mixed Media Sketchbooks are ideal for coloured pencils, inks, gel pens, paint markers, watercolours, gouache, chalk pastels, oil pastels, water-soluble graphite, charcoal, coloured dry pigments, and watercolour pencils. The paper holds ink lines without feathering and supports multiple erasures without pilling.
