Screen Printing Screen

The screen printing screen frame is manufactured from selected, kiln dried, American Ponderosa pine which is lightweight yet dimensionally stable and warp resistant. Joints are wedged and “V” nailed for long, useful life. Comes complete with multi-filament polyester screen mesh of 8TXX mesh count fabric. It is recommended that the size of the screen, to suit the image to be printed, allows a clearance of approximately 2” between the image and screen frame. Frame timbers are 1 1/8 x 1 1/8” and the screen sizes are internal dimensions. Sizes available in a 10x12” (25x30cm) or 10x14” (25x36cm) frame. A size 10” squeegee is a suitable size to be used with these two frame sizes.
