Orders & Returns Information
Fulfilment of orders is subject to availability. In the event of unavailability of products, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible for alternative arrangements.
All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
In accordance with the Trade Practices Act, a refund or replacement will be provided for all goods found to be faulty or misrepresented in any way.
Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice.
Incorrect, faulty or damaged products can be returned and/or exchanged by contacting us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please ensure you have your receipt for all returns, refunds and exchanges. Arthouse Direct will cover postage for incorrect, faulty and damaged items.
Arthouse Direct does not cover for damage or misuse by the customer.
All other returns, exchanges and refunds need to be approved by Arthouse Direct before being returned. All products must be unused, in original condition, with proof of purchase and within 14 days of purchase date. Returns, exchanges and refunds are at the customer’s cost and risk.
All care is taken to prevent damage to charcoal and pastels being sent to you, however we do not accept responsibility for damaged charcoal and pastels during transit.
